Policy Rules and Information

 

Reservations

You must first make actual reservation VIA telephone, or e-mail before making your payment. To verify the date you are looking at is open and can be held for you.(Do not make Payment First).

Reservations require 50% deposit in advance of reserving your Ride or RV Rental.

You can Make your Reservations by e-mail or telephone. I will send receipt by E-mail or Mail which ever you prefer. You can pay by PayPal, Credit card through PayPal, Or Checking account through PayPal but remember if you are paying through any of these methods, to reserve early because PayPal requires at least 3 day to confirm payment.

Other Methods of Payment

Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Cash

15% Discount will apply if the RV is rented along with a minimum 1/2 day Horse Rental and if RV is rented for 2 nights.

Rules for Riders

*Total weight of rider and equipment may not exceed 280 lb.
*Restrictions on children 7 yrs and under

RV Information

10% county bed tax will be added to the RV rental

• We have one RV on the Property for rent

• Primitive camping is also allowed 

• The RV allows for 7 occupants comfortably but no more than 9

• Check in is at 11 AM

• Check out is at 12 Noon or before

• No Smoking allowed in RV

• No pets allowed in RV

Cancelation Policy

Refunds are only giving for cancellation, if notified 14 days prior to check in, otherwise we will allow you to use your deposit at another time if used within 90 days from the day of your original reservation.

Rain Checks will be given to the customer on the day of the ride: If bad weather keeps them from their ride or if it prevents them from finishing a ride

Pets

Pets can be kept in pet carrier or out side pined or kept in your area at no extra charge.

Pet owners are responsible for their pets clean up,

Extra charges will be placed for damages incurred by pets, The charge would be compared to what a kennel would charge for over night stays. Charges will be given in a final bill

Any harm inflicted by your pet to other people, other animals etc. will also be pet owners responsibility.
